The Building

Millecento is a 42-story condominium tower at 1100 South Miami Avenue, in the heart of Miami's Brickell district beside Mary Brickell Village. It was developed by The Related Group and completed in 2015, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Carlos Ott, with interiors and common areas by the Italian design house Pininfarina — its first residential project in the United States.
Its 382 residences run from studio to three-bedroom homes — roughly 774 to 1,300 square feet — with floor-to-ceiling glass, private balconies, European-style kitchens with Italian cabinetry, and city and skyline views. Efficient, design-forward layouts in one of Brickell's most walkable towers.
Residents enjoy two resort-style pools — a sunrise pool on the amenity deck and a rooftop sunset pool with skyline views — plus a fitness center, spa and sauna, a Pininfarina-designed residents' lounge, a children's playroom, a business center, assigned covered parking and 24-hour concierge and valet — steps from Brickell City Centre and the Metromover.
